My family has been visiting Orient bay for many years and we have stayed at other hotels in the area. Palm Court is by far the best value with 4 star accommodations. The free breakfast by the pool was wonderful. Fresh croissants straight from the oven! The Junior Suite Family room was perfect, with 2 large king beds, kitchenette and spacious patio with loungers and outdoor seating in the garden. Anne with the reception is charming and warm. All the staff are so kind and helpful. Loungers at Wai Plage on Orient beach included- BIG PLUS! We will return! LOVED, LOVED LOVED OUR STAY!!!

The location is great, 5min walk to the beach, grocery shop next to the hotel. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. All ladies working there were very helpful. It's a lovely place designed with taste.
