AC Residence is just amazing! The location is perfect within walking distances of a lot of restaurants and bars. The room is very clean and has an AC that works really well, also the shower is a one of a kind! The staff of AC residence is incredibly helpful, they respond really quick and they help you with all sorts of issues (for example laundry, extending your stay or giving you tips on where to go and what to do!). Amazing, highly recommend!

My stay at Else Hotel was my best one so far! It’s clean, its new, its grand. It’s calm, its relaxing and not to mention the decorations the interior was beautiful. I stayed for 4 nights in the Mantra room, and it was just nice for a single person. I had the meeting room to study and work, it was cosy, quiet and conducive. I loved it so much. I had the breakfast there everyday and it was immaculate. Ordered the mango yoghurt pudding granola thingy and I was hooked on it and repeated the same order every morning ! Else Hotel, if you could send me the recipe for that at shiuyin1030@hotmail.co, that would be amazing. I have been trying to replicate the dish at home and I just could not get it right. The chicken pokey ball dish I ordered for room service was heaven too, the chicken was made sous vide style i believe, then charred, was the best best combination to the entire dish. I really had a good time. Definitely will come back. <3

Everything’s good, clean and i lovely design .If you are fine with the staircases that will be no problem for staying here, staff will help for the luggage during check in and check out.
The nearest access to the beach is just 300m away the hotel no problem for us, and they do have GYM.

Absolute 5 star at every step of the way. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and the rooms and bathrooms are luxurious. I enjoyed the facilities (gym, spa, pool) and the many restaurants. The quality of the offerings were amazing. We actually spent more time at the hotel than we usually would since we felt so relaxed and loved that we had the space to just chill, enjoy views, drinks and food.
We have stayed at other 5 star locations, however what is offered here is absolute 5 star service with real warmth from each person you meet along the way.
Thank you to the many people who made our check in and out seamless (Izat), the breakfast team who remembered our names and what we liked and tailored their offerings for us with a smile. Nawi Fathi at Ebisu was excellent, and suggested courses which we loved.
From start to end we had the experience we would have liked and this was the perfect way to end our 3 week Malaysian vacation.
