Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Lovely property! Really comfortable beds and great amenities in the room. The decor is lovely. Nice big bath tub and shower. Two pools, a gym and a massive open space with benches and hammocks to enjoy. Very clean. Love the fridge which has free soft drinks and water for guests. Everything you need is available. The staff are really friendly and helpful and are always available by WhatsApp. Perfect location too in the Imago mall where there are tons of nice restaurants and lots of shops. Quiet and peaceful once inside. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Kota Kinabalu and this is by far the best!

Everything was amazing at this stay. The rooms were so nice and spacious with lockers set away from the beds, the beds had double pillows, towel, top sheet and cover! Just perfect. The showers were clean and had amazing pressure! There were plenty of spaces to chill out and relax or eat. But what sets this stay apart from others is the amazing hospitality! The owner went above and beyond for me. I was unwell for a few days and she came and checked on me every day and sent me messages on WhatsApp in case I needed anything! The kindness was just incredible. Thankyou so much again!

If you need a place to rest and to recharge, this is the place to be! You will not only find a second home, but also a second family! I have never stayed in a place with such lovely hosts, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had an accident and was really glad I stayed with Mommy and the Captain! The rooms are clean and cosy and the beds super comfortable. Everything is working fine, from the WIFI, TV, aircon, to the shower. Really pretty garden and nice pool to cool off. If possible, I would give you guys a 100! :-)

The staff were amazing and so helpful and welcoming from the moment we stepped it. Everything is so personal and comfortable. The breakfast is cooked by the owner every morning. The cocktails are amazing. The rooms are incredible. Everything is so intentional in the hotel. But It really is the staff that make it though, they are all so kind and helpful and friendly. The two gorgeous cats are a bonus!

The Hotels' location was great. Close to the train station and surrounded by markets and loads of good restaurants. It was a very vibrant lively area. The Hotels facilities were excellent and the breakfasts were well presented, varied and tasty. Rooms were large and well appointed with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall I felt it was great value for the money.

Hotel is placed in amazing stylish old house. Atmosphere is friendly, personel is helpful and polite. It is nice to come back here after visiting this incredible city.

Everything about this place was lovely! A big thank you to Fazilah and the rest of the staff for making our stay so wonderful. The views are beautiful, the decor of the rooms are stunning and the breakfast is delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Langkawi!

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff - thank you very much everyone! The place is right on Jonker Street, which was the most interesting part of Melaka in my opinion.

Excellent heritage boutique hotel and the location is an extra bonus. Staff is very courteous. A tip is to not eat a very heavy dinner the night before as the breakfast is superb and you can't do justice to it if you've had too much to eat the night before.
