They went out of their way to make me feel at home, and their professionalism and hospitality made a lasting impression. Imperial Plaza sets the standard for excellence — I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless experience!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, promptly addressing all of my requests. I want to recognize both the front office team and the room service team for their outstanding responsiveness. The rooms were not only spacious but also meticulously clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for my stay.

Set in Juba, 600 metres from Juba Stadium, Quality Hotel Juba offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. The staff were so helpful. 2 of our team were sick and they helped us get to the hospital. One had to stay behind and they helped with everything. The airport shuttle was great when the lift we had arranged didn’t appear and the pool was a great relief after the heat in rural areas.
