What is the best regarding this small family-run hotel is the host, Mirzo. He's so welcoming ! He speaks good english (a rarity in Tajikistan !) and is smiling and ready to help. He offered us to taste his mum's homemade plov (traditional meal), as a gift ! And above that rooms are quite comfortable, the location is great (small street, 10mn from restaurants & cafes). I strongly recommend !

It is a very comfortable and clean hotel with an extremely helpful staff. Comfortable bed, big room and good bathroom. They pick you up at the airport call a taxi during your stay and also brought me to the airport on my departure day. Excellent value-for-money choice.

English and russian speaking,very kind and very helpful staff. Accompanied us also to OVIR to help with the obligatory registration. Room was very nice, new and clean. Excelent location close to airport. 24h reception, we had no problem to check-in at 3 a.m.

After return from Iskanderkul we cherished the cleanliness and professional staff of this hotel. We were offered assistance in getting a taxi to Half-kul which we gladly accepted.

Great location. Excellent rooms that are clean and cozy. Nice and kind supportive staff. Even if it was very early in the morning, they kindly arranged a transport for me to the airport. This will be my top option when staying in Dushanbe.

The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours.

The hotel was great! I always like to stay high in the building and was also this time given a room higher up (the whole hotel is high up, though). Great view from the window. Breakfast cost extra - not much, but was great. Easy access to everywhere. The staff was very helpful and flexible.

This was probably the most underrated hotel on my trip to Central Asia. You approach the hotel around the back of a non descript building and you take an elevator to the 13th floor, which there is a small reception desk. The expectation is set for a no more than adequate stay. However, when I got to my room, it was like something you would expect in a five star hotel in a major city; a large room, with a separate seating area, an enormous soft bed and a modern bathroom. Although this was a premium room, I also experienced a regular room on my return from a trip in the Pamirs and it was very comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was no more than adequate

Great location in Dushanbe. The rooms are very clean and the staff is helpful. Just a short walk to the city center (about 10–15 minutes) or 3 minutes by taxi.

I have stayed in many hotels, but Kangurt Hotel has truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the reception I was greeted by friendly staff who instantly made me feel at home and cared for. Almost everyone speaks multiple languages, which made my stay even more comfortable and easy. As for the room it was simply perfect! Spacious, clean, and with a breathtaking view. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure guest comfort. I was impressed by the attention to small touches: from the cozy bed to the little design elements that made the atmosphere even more inviting. But the biggest highlight for me was the breakfast! I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in various hotels, but I’ve never had such a delicious and diverse breakfast before. Fresh fruits, aromatic pastries… all of this made my stay truly unforgettable. A special thank you to the staff for their care and attention — they really go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. I will definitely recommend Kangurt Hotel to my friends and will surely come back again
