I have to say the owner/ manager was so wonderful. I was met with kindness and care throughout my stay.I actually left my passport in the venue without realising and he had set it aside for me, contacted me to let me know and I was able to come back and collect it without an issue. It's so refreshing to meet trustworthy, genuine and kind people. I was treated so well and was so delighted with the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Xheko Imperial, the building is amazing the rooms are very big and confortable and the restaurant is beautiful. But the best part was, the spa. A short business trip but a very warm welcome from the staff of Hotel Boutique Kotoni! I had the pleasure to be accomodated in a spacious bright modern furnitured room. It was super clean. The breakfast based on Mediterranean diet but not only was full of variaty of choices of fresh and homemade cookings. Staff was always there to help and offer the best services with high proffesionalism . The hotel is in the prime location of the administrative area making it a great choice especially for business trips. I highly recommend this cosy very pleasent hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family and had a wonderful experience! Everything was spotless – the cleanliness, comfort, and spacious rooms made our stay incredibly relaxing. The staff was exceptionally respectful, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant deserves a solid 10/10 – the food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We especially loved the terrace area – such a lovely spot with a nice breeze, perfect for enjoying a peaceful lunch or dinner in the evening.

Nice location, just in the city centre, lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel, grocery story just next to the hotel. Soft pillows, quite. We were really grateful for two guys receptionists who were gentleman’s and helped with delivery of our huge suitcases
