We had a wonderful stay at the Xheko Imperial, the building is amazing the rooms are very big and confortable and the restaurant is beautiful. But the best part was, the spa. Incredible space, very comfi and clean, and the treatments were very high quality. A special thank you for Mei who took care of me!

Everything was perfect. Even owner was helpful and answered all our questions about city.

Super courteous and efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble from storing luggage, booking taxis, getting us into a room as early as possible. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

I have to say the owner/ manager was so wonderful. I was met with kindness and care throughout my stay.I actually left my passport in the venue without realising and he had set it aside for me, contacted me to let me know and I was able to come back and collect it without an issue. It's so refreshing to meet trustworthy, genuine and kind people. I was treated so well and was so delighted with the stay.

The hosts have great attention to detail. Even the self service breakfast tells a story. And baroque equipment provides cosiness after walks and explorations. We received lots of great tips and Arta is well experienced in needs of visitors as well as in explaining the layers of Albanian cultural context. Check out her recommendation for a haircut nearby... Nice location, just in the city centre, lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel, grocery story just next to the hotel. Soft pillows, quite. We were really grateful for two guys receptionists who were gentleman’s and helped with delivery of our huge suitcases

The receptionist was super hospitable.My wife and I reached the hotel around 8 a.m.after our flight was cancelled and our mood was terrible.The receptionist asked us to proceed for breakfast since no room was vacant.At the restaurant also the staff was excellent.After breakfast we were asked to proceed to the top floor which was a bar to rest till our room was ready.Shortly the receptionist reached the top floor and handed over the room keys.5/5 rating for the hotel and the staff.
