We booked this hotel because the originally booked hotel refused to accept us saying there was something wrong with our two(!) rooms. They told us so when we were standing just in front of the receptionist. She suggested to move us to their sister hotel but we did not want to have any further deals with these people. So we booked Diamond and went there and everything was perfect. Spacious clean rooms, helpful staff, central location. I still wander how we missed this gem while searching the hotel and they were not our first choice, that would have saved us a lot of trouble. By the way the original hotel did not even suggested either transfer to a new hotel or at least some help with our luggage.

Located a 10-minute walk from Victory Park, this 5-star hotel was totally renovated and offers magnificent views of park and mountain Ararat. Yerevan city center is just a 5-minute ride away.

Hotel Roma features a hot tub, a sauna, and massage service. Free Wi-Fi in all areas and free private parking are available.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly responsive and caring, assisting us with any difficulties that arose during our trip. The exterior and fountain were stunning, creating a lovely ambiance. Special thanks for the complimentary spa access, airport transfer, and in-room breakfasts. The hotel's cuisine was also outstanding, with a delicious menu offered at reasonable prices.

We are located in the centre of Yerevan, within walking distance from the famous Cascade and the Matenadaran Museum of the Manuscripts. Each room features a minibar, flat-screen TV and kettle.

**"An Exceptional Hidden Gem in Armenia – Highly Recommended!"** I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The elderly gentleman who welcomed us was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel at home with his warmth and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and full of charm—perfect for those who appreciate vintage decor. Honestly, Booking.com does not do this place justice. The photos listed are unprofessional and don’t reflect how lovely the hotel truly is. Also, the pinned location is inaccurate (it leads to the middle of the street), so make sure to double-check before arriving. We booked two rooms: a luxurious one with a jacuzzi and another massive room—both were fantastic! Despite the hotel’s older style, it was very quiet, and transportation to/from the area was neither expensive nor difficult. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those renting a car. A special thank you to the elderly gentleman for his excellent taste and kindness, and to the sweet elderly lady who served breakfast—she was so friendly and welcoming. This place deserves more recognition, and I would gladly stay here again! **10/10!**
