Historical ambience and design of the hotel is simply stunning, feels like you are a guest of the Count in the 19th century. Very comfortable bed! Different options for pillows are provided. You can choose between softer one or an orthopaedic one. Rich breakfast! Everything we expected was included. Parking right at the entrance of hotel, but was full in the evening already. Nice spa complex included in the price!

Excellent and quiet location. Extremely helpful and cordial staff. The partner restaurant Fassbinderhof serves extremely good local dishes and equally very helpful staff. Room was top class.

Due to external circumstances I booked the room late evening before arrival and arrived late because of traffic problems. Lady on reception was wery kind and helpfull, all issues were solved before my arrival via telephone (when I stayed in the queue on the road).

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Very welcoming owner, we felt right at home! Close to Tesla delivery center. We flew and spent one night before picking our new car the next morning. Everything was very great!
