I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

Very nice staff, very good food (we had the demi-pension), location is good for trips and when snow for ski. All is clean, restaurant is modern, afternoon cake very good. Room very spacious and with a view. nice bathroom with toiletries. Opening times very friendly. They have kids program, even though for our stay we did not attend.

I stayed here for one night with a friend. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The wellness area was a particular highlight, with saunas and a relaxing lounge area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location was fantastic for us - directly connected to cross-country skiing tracks and winter hiking trails. There were also several restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for dining options. I loved the hotel! The room was super cozy and clean, and the staff was really friendly. They even warmed up the food I brought from outside. The breakfast was AMAZING and totally worth it. The spa and wellness facilities were great too. I'd definitely come back, and they even gave us a wine bottle as a New Year's gift!
