One of the best customer service ever seen. We noted that we are arriving with our dog. The owner asked us how big the dog is. When we arrived there was a made doggy bed in our room together with two bowls and even doggy treats. Really kind. Recommend

Difficult to say what we liked the most because we loved it all. The size, quality of the room. Fancy decoration, good coffee and quality furniture in the room. The private balcony with the fantastic view, The nice and helpfull manager and staff, the quality of the breakfast and the other food and wine, the clean and peaceful garden with quality furniture, bath and sauna possibilities alone with full access to the lake. We felt very lucky to have found and chosen this place.

Everything was good, right from cleanliness, location, public transport, things to do around, breakfast, the staff, accessibility to Salzburg. Our room had small kitchen with plates, microwave, stove top, refrigerator. They have indoor and outdoor play area. Free parking. Free coffee round the clock. I would definitely return and recommend this place.
