Initially I got a different room than the one I booked but the receptionist was very helpful and fixed it quickly. My room was very nice, I also liked the breakfast and the view from the restaurant.

The hotel is easily accessible, easy to find, with a closed parking lot under the building. The room is spacious and comfortable with a huge terrace, a wonderful view of the lake. In the bathroom there is a built-in TV above the bathtub. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The staff is polite and kind. The bed is quite large, the mattress is a harder type (this may be a problem for those who like soft mattresses).

Casinohotel Velden is located in the centre of Velden, directly opposite the casino. It offers free Wi-Fi, a spa area, and a private beach at Lake Wörth.
