Everything was perfect. We checked in after office hours and the paperwork and keys were left in a dropbox for us. Clear instructions were given. When we arrived, there was a welcome pack of essentials to make things easy. The apartment is superbly situated next to the wharves and a couple of minutes from the centre. It is really well equipped, lots of space, clean and comfortable. The staff at the agency were brilliant. Friendly and relaxed, gave great advice, an absolute pleasure to deal with. We thoroughly recommend staying here.

The staff can’t do enough for you, friendly and courteous. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room huge and the bed was soooo comfy. Excellent facilities, breakfast perfect and great choice of bars. If ever lucky enough to visit Cairns again, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. 😊

We spend 10 nights here and had a great stay. Location is great, right next to big shopping centre with supermarkets and central trainstation (Kuranda scenic train leaves and arrives here). Within walking distance to town central, beach, restaurants etc. We only needed car for one day because of this. The facilities in the kitchen were good and we made breakfast ourselves everyday but one. Everything was clean and tidy. Dishwasher and laundry machine came in handy. Airconditioning was on both rooms which was absolutely brilliant. We loved the gym, sauna and the pools. We had some problems with the Wi-Fi but as soon as we mentioned it to the reception we got Wi-Fi extender and had no more problems. Chromecast in the room gave nice touch for vacay!

The room was amazing, it had more than enough space for a whole family and it was equipped with all the extra little things most places don't have, like cooking utensils, dishwasher etc. This is one of if not the number one place in Cairns to stay in my opinion.
