Excellent support from the reception office: arrived quite late in the night and check-in was not problem and at check-out I've received great advice wrt. my delayed flight. Plus the dinner suggestion to Hemelhuys was very good. Breakfast was ok. Room and bathroom was very clean.

Modern design, temperature, super comfortable beds, location, staff at the reception (a young lady) was very helpful, efficient, professional and nice. Hotel is 24 hours open, very convenient. Well located, plenty of restaurants and bars around. It seems that the hotel restaurant is good because it was full of people but we did not try it. Good value for money.

It has been a while since I had a breakfast that good in a hotel (variety, quality). Walking distance to city center, clean, friendly discreet staff. Can stay here and enjoy holiday in Lille, Bruges and Gent (all closer than 1 hour drive).

Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. Location is very central. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
