The staff was very friendly. The place is spotless, and modern and our room had a sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is an option to pay a little money for a parking space right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff doesn't bother you at all while inside the room. When you leave, they just ask which room you're from so that they can clean it if we don't mind. Overall, the user experience is perfect. There is also a small restaurant that has breakfast in the morning and you can take coffee, fresh or other drink from there throughout the whole day. The price was one of the best for the town, which is quite surprising provided that the hotel offers high-quality rooms, services and also has a pool.

This seafront hotel is located right next to Sozopol’s South Fortress Wall. Its restaurant offers a water-side terrace. The nearest beach and the Old Town are less than 150 metres away.

The area is beautiful, quiet and the staff in the reception very very helpful. Parking outside the hotel. We visited off season so we cannot comment on breakfast.

I was a bit wary as I've never been to Bulgaria but everything absolutely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the pool great with warm water and lots of comfy beds, the beach right next to the hotel, with beds, sand, clean and the water was again warm. The bulgarian food is incredibly tasty, the town small so you can walk everywhere but very vibrant especially at night. There were almost no foreign tourists just Bulgarians on holiday which added to a very local feeling. Definitely recommend

The Hotel Burgas is located only 50 metres from the Main Train Station in the heart of the city. It offers parking. Maid service is provided twice a day.

We liked everything ! The apartment was prepared as per our instructions for very close friends of ours - they were just married ,and the lady in the reception did everything in her power to make their stay as memorable as possible - added flowers ,bottle of wine ,balloons . She’s just amazing and we truly thank her !

Everything was fine. The staff was very nice and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The food was also very good.
