The staff were exceptional from the reception staff on checkin to restaurant staff. Arranged to leave our car there while we flew to Chicago for a week. Had a car waiting at the airport when we returned on a late flight. And had the restaurant open for us on a late flight. And our bag in luggage storage out ready for us. Oh and a room upgrade.

The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were beautiful and large. The location was great and so close to restaurants, bars and shops. On my last night I had my flight cancelled and was a bit upset and mentioned it to the wait staff at Oxbow and they brought me complimentary chocolates to cheer me up. How thoughtful! It worked. They were divine!
