From the moment we stepped out of our Uber it was clear we were in for a special experience. From the doormen to reception snd the concierge staff everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel had spread rose petals on our bed and bathroom along with chocolates, which was a lovely surprise. Good sized room, the comfiest bed, a spa bath and an amazing toilet all made the experience great. Breakfast was also fabulous and we loved the garden room. The hotel was just beautiful but it’s the staff that really made our stay so special.

We had an outstanding good experience at Hotel Gault. The welcome already was personal and nice, they offered a parking for a very fair price. The room was simply great and spacious and there was everything there you need. Cookies in the evening, service in the evening, coffee capsuals have been filled upt daily, the bed has been great and the breakfast with fantasy. But best has been a staff and team, which was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us good recomendations for our next place to go, helped us with ideas about what to see......recommeded fine restaurants and have really been a support. One of the best hotels I have been and an outstanding service also

The receptionist ( a guy) was very welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing; the word room doesn't do it justice. It was an apartment really. Just amazing. Had a few more interactions with staff (re wifi, sofa bed and air conditioning) and they couldn't have been nicer. The restaurant on the premises was lovely too, although I'm not sure if it's actually a part of the hotel. I was so sorry I was only dtaying for one night.....

Its location is also relatively convenient, especially when taking the airport shuttle to and fro (the bus stop is just 3-5mins walk away, which is really handy in winter).     The rooms were lovely, they were warm and the interior design was a pleasant break from the neutral beiges of the other hotels e we stayed at. The location was close to the metro, the bell center, and restaurants. The bathroom was cozy and heated. Important in winter.

    Spent 5 nights at Hotel Gault with our 2 year old and had a lovely time. Location was unbeatable, close to Old Montreal, the harbour, and metro stations / bus stops. Lots of food options within walking distance. Staff were very professional and made us feel welcome. We liked the stylish design and vibe of the hotel and our room, which was spacious and comfortable
