The house is very clean and tidy with good details. The owner is very friendly, parking is very convenient, and it is very close to the waterfall, just a dozen minutes' walk away. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a private bathroom. There is also a small kitchen outside that is shared with another guest room, which is very convenient. I recommend friends who come to the fall to stay here!

Stayed 2 wonderful nights at Tower Hotel with early check-in (as room was ready) and late check-out. Scott and Felicia at hotel concierge are both supper nice, approachable and always ready to offer assistance. Room was super clean as it is recently newly refurbished. Despite that the hotel is still under major refurbishment, I didn’t hear any noises during my stay. Great views as I booked falls view on 30th floor. As it doesn’t have many rooms like its nearby hotels, I never have to wait long for lift. I would definitely come back again and hope to see Scott and Felicia again. 😀

The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it really was a (couple of) night to remember. Check-in was easy, with envelopes on the door with our details in, the staff were friendly and helpful and the whole place was unbelievably clean. Four of us visited and our rooms were clean, comfortable and had shampoo etc., towels and wine glasses in. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, seriously, not your average B&B fare, and the whole vibe and décor that you see in the photos looked just as good in real life. We're so glad we stayed here, it added something special to our visit and was a much better and interesting experience than staying in a boring hotel. The jacuzzi baths were lovely, the range of breakfast items was great and the cooked breakfasts were so fun. One morning we were served french toast with fruit and the next was egg in baskets, both were delicious and nicely presented. It was also a really quiet and peaceful place to stay. Couldn't hear any other guests and the area around the B&B is quiet too. It's only a 10 minute walk to the centre which was perfect. I would recommend anyone else coming to Niagara to stay here.

Beautiful property Great location, 5 min walk to bottom of road, just thru the trees…..opens out onto the falls. Breathtaking Staff on desk were really lovely, as were the bar staff and restaurant staff next day. Had the most gorgeous Lobster Benedict for brunch Decor throughout was gorgeous too
