Staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire. The concierge took my car to the auto shop to have it fixed and had it back to the hotel within 40 minutes. I was so impressed at how kind and helpful everyone is. The facilities are lovely and clean. Beds are comfortable. We had a superior room and it was quite spacious. I would definitely go back and recommend this resort to anyone. Great location - conveniently near the QEW, Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls and the Niagara Outlet is literally across the road.

It's a real cozy house, like a fairy tale house. Spacious rooms (we booked two). Very confortable common areas. Very very clean. Well located. Entering the house at arrival was simple and easy. The fact of having washing machine and tumble dryer was very convenient for us. Parking lot available. Mi son enjoyed complimentary candies.

As well as all the other staff we met, really nice folks you have working there. The room was spotless, I even dropped the soap into the corner of the floor under the sink, fully expecting to be repulsed....nope, all good!!! Great housekeeping! Also, really good showers!
