The staff is always so welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay. I was concerned with the construction near my room and they offered me a choice of different options and then checked in to make sure it was still nice and quiet for me to work.

This is a beautiful property. The location is fantastic as well as the staff. Isabel from the front office was so welcoming and helpful. Robert from the concierge was prompt in his work as well as deliverables. The breakfast was fantastic.

    Hotel Ocho is a unique boutique hotel with a very modern yet comfortable design. Lighting isn't great and there is no in-room coffee machine, but there is a fridge and if you want more lamps you just have to ask. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! They make you feel so warm and welcomed - The wonderful staff made my stay an absolute pleasure! The location on Spadina was an added bonus - you're close to everything the downtown core has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel!

    I loved the design and thought it was all really stylish. Felt clean, well maintained. Loved the lift. The rooms were a good size, liked the remote controlled blinds. It’s very modern and beautifully designed. Had a great vibe and is very trendy. Youthful and cool. Perfect for single travellers and couples. Overall would definitely recommend.
