This hotel has some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered, they were just lovely. The suits are very well appointed but then this is not a cheap place to stay so they should be. The food in their lake front restaurant was excellent as was the service. Breakfast was superb too. There is an excellent attention to detail for guests throughout the hotel which is a credit to the hard work team behind it.
