Shuttle bus connection with airport was excellent and highly apprceiated. Free from airoprt to hotel and at a reasonable price of 5CHF per person from hotel to airport. The personnel was friendly and very polite. The best choice for a short stay between connecting flights.

The staff was impeccable, exceedingly welcoming, and very helpful. I needed help booking some tickets, and the lovely lady at the reception patiently assisted me. At night, I had dinner in their restaurant. Ok so the food could have been better; my fish was well cooked but the veggies were greasy. The pizza looked excellent though, but the service was excellent. The next morning, I had complimentary coffee, which was very good and went up to the sauna. They normally begin the sauna at 12 but they put it on especially for me. The sauna and yoga room is lovely, very restful and equipped with everything one needs. I loved everything about this hotel, the design, the calm, the service. Location is subjective. It was my first time in Zurich so I was not too sure whether I wanted to stay in the city center and although the hotel is easily accessible into town, you might end up paying slightly more for transportation. All in all though, this is truly a lovely hotel and I will stay there again if the opportunity came up.
