I stopped at this hotel on my way from England to Italy, it was close to the motorway, close to centre of the town and had a garage for my car. Angelica and her partner were really welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They gave me information about what to see and where I could eat and were just lovely. The room was comfortable, there were areas in the hotel for guests to sit if they wished to. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s renovated and old/ modern mixture. Cleaning and the stuff were amazing. Also the breakfast was really tasty and fresh. I’ll definitely stay there again if i have a chance to visit Lugano again.

Very good breakfast, with tasteful breads and croissant. Comfortable room. Cozy entrance through the always busy restaurant, which reminds us of Italy. Great location, near the lake.
