Wonderful weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge We had the most amazing weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge! Everything was just right, from the cozy yet luxurious accommodations to the top-notch amenities including awesome breakfast, spa&sauna and late check out on Sunday. The attention to detail throughout the lodge was truly impressive and made for an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the service - it was simply outstanding. The owners were not only professional, but incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome and cared for. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base from which to explore the stunning alpine surroundings, Alpine Elite Lodge is an unbeatable choice. The staff at the hotel were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast was wonderful -so much choice and fresh ingredients. The spa was so special and relaxing and a very interesting concept. We had a short walk to bus which transferred us to the gondola -so easy. The location is very central. We will be back next year.

It's a very nice property, managed by very friendly and professional team. From the check in till they took us to the train station all the team behaved in a very friendly manner. The location is obvioulsy very good. Breakfast selection is wide and tasty. The rooms are nicely decorated. Spending time in the lobby and drinking something after a long ski day with whole family was quite a routine for us. Thanks a lot to the friendly management team in Chesa Valese.

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby.

The design of the property was beautiful, the spa facilities were really nice (especially the jacuzzi). I also loved the balcony and view of the mountains.

Unique Hotel Post is situated in the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Some of the rooms boast views of the Matterhorn.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was big and unique with the shower foams and shampoos, just appropriate for the cold weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us tips on what to do and where to go. We could see snowfall from our balcony. It was fun. The shuttle pickup and drop off service from the hotel was very helpful.
