Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient...very welcoming. View from the room was INCREDIBLE! We saw sea otters numerous times as well as a variety of sea birds. Room was a good size and well-maintained. Breakfast each day had an excellent selection and was fresh and regularly replenished. Could not fault hospitality team...wonderful.

The location in the heart of Valparaiso was perfect. All places of interest were in easy walking distance and there are several restaurants nearby. The hotel has a wonderful terrace and private parking as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

I can’t say enough good things about New Voga—it was honestly one of the best places I stayed on my trip! The whole place is impeccably clean and has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. They shared great local tips, were always smiling, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Beautiful hotel, charming and full of history. We got upgraded to one of their beautiful suites and we had an amazing stay. Breakfast was also beautiful and delicious! The attention to detail in everything is out of this world.
