Above and beyond in the facilites they provided. Free coffee and lovely sitting are near reception, they helped us by doing a lot of laundry for us and I discovered an amazing massage chair on the bottom floor in the gym area that was amazing on my tired muscles. We rented bikes for free from them and rode into forest parkland literally only minutes away from the hotel. It’s not walking distance into town but the number 2 tram is very close and and easy run into town.

This 3-star hotel is situated in a tranquil location in the south-western outskirts of Augsburg, between the congress centre, exhibition centre and park theatre.

Have used this chain elsewhere so decided to book this hotel based on previous good experiences. This was the second of two one night stays during the week concerned, and on both occasions the hotel was excellent as I have come to expect. Clean room, friendly staff and tram stop to town/station only a short walk away. Perfect!

Great place, staff was very friendly and cleaning was daily. The pool and sauna was nice relaxation after a long day. Parking was a little difficult depended when you arrived but always found a spot there. Good value was that a big grocery store was in a few minute walk away and it was ~15 min ride by scooter or tram to downtown.

Hotel overlooking a small town square, in total tranquility and a few kilometers from Augusta and other more important cities. Traveling by car, therefore not having the need to stay in larger cities, this is the perfect hotel!

A very special place. Booked this last mintue (30 minutes before arriving) as our initial booked hotel looked rather scary. We were so glad to have discovered this gem and just a jump from the Autobahn. Although the rooms are not big (no mini-fridge or kettle etc) they make up for it in style with a decent-sized shower. Francisca at reception was kind enough to show us a couple of different rooms as we struggle to sleep with noise. She was beyond accomodating. Goes without saying that the room was immaculate. There are spa facilities here, but as it was just a quick overnight stay we didn't use any of those options. Also big thanks to Frankie in the restaurant - a breath of fresh air - she made us feel extremely welcome in the wonderful beer garden. As advertised the breakfast was a feast and good coffee too with even the choice of filter or espresso.
