The room was spacious, clean and nicely organized. Breakfast was the best I had in a hotel. Staff was also very kind. I have to mention Miss Hsiao-Ai Chen for being so cheerful and helpful. Location is good because it's very near to main station and also to Karlsplatz. We stayed as a family and my daughter liked the playground which is located just in front of the hotel, in the park.

Location is great. Nearby the shopping area of Munich! We walked everywhere. Reception is wonderful, allowing us early check-in and freshen up as we arrive early morning from a long flight.

The location is great. Getting to the city center was easy as there is a bus stop near the hotel and a metro station nearby. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Food suitable for a toddler and they have also a kids corner. :) The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
