Thimo at the reception has been most helpful by lending a hand to get my luggage to level 2 and down on check out day as there is no lift in the hotel. The room is big and huge and aircon works very well. Only one nees channel in English working namely Skynews. Breakfast is great served by Martha. Sufficient range of food offered. Lots of tram and buses to city just outaide of hotel- very centràl and close to the Neckar river where you xan walk to the old Castle for abpit half hour. Them there is Thimo's friendly dog Poppy who is friendly at the reception area when i checked in.

It was very easy to find and has a great location, very close to the train station and just outside the old town. The building is very clean and check-in was very easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too. Our room was very spacious with access to plenty of windows and a private balcony. We enjoyed out stay here very much and wished we had booked another night.

I lived in the newly renovated building, not in the main hotel. Just rigth on the corner, for a whole week. My room was located on the first floor with amazing view to the inner yard. Beautiful calmness and relaxation. You can see birds and squirrels from your window. There was a coffe/tee point just behid the door. Good choice of tea. Hotel location is perfect, not so far from train station, tram and bus stops are 2-3 min walk. Pedestrian street is in 10-12 min walk. River enbankment is also very close. High quality badding.

Very clean and well located. Frau Thome was so very helpful as I had an issue regarding my car and she really tried to help me which was very kind of her. The hotel was spotless and they even have a small fridge with cold beer and water on a trust sytem on the third floow which was great when I sneaked down there in my pajamas in the early hours for a nice cool sparkling water.
