Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

The hotel was very well-maintained and perfect for business needs. The meeting rooms were professional and fully equipped. Sehren was our morning host most days and his professional and courteous demeanor were such an Excellent way to start each day. Our night host (sorry, I didn’t catch her name was equally Amazing! WOW!!! The stay was wonderful, the service excellent, and just a true pleasure to use as our base for touring Munich.

Great hotel. I stayed with children, the breakfast was really delicious with diverse choices of fresh and good quality food, drinks and pastries for dessert. The bedding and towels were really great. My younger daughter reminded me several times to write a good feedback to the hotel. It’s rare for her. We didn’t have car at Munich but the public transport worked well to get to the centre and other destinations. Highly recommend for families and business travellers

    Lovely atmosphere - a real boutique hotel! Central but a bit hidden as well; some very nice restaurants around. I had a nice single room and enjoyed that here was a lounge with bar in the lobby, decorated seasonally with a gorgeous Christmas tree. Very friendly staff!
