The owner is the most friendly and welcoming host I have ever met. The hotel was not doing breakfast, but offered to prepare something anyway, and it has been one of the best breakfast I have ever had. So we decided to have dinner also, and it was also very very good.

This 4-star hotel is a 2-minute walk from the scenic Lake Constance and 650 metres from Friedrichshafen Stadt Train Station. Guests use the indoor pool, over 500qm wellness area and Wi-Fi for free.

City Krone is located in the pedestrian zone of Friedrichshafen, a few steps from the lake with restaurants and amenities. The hotel is excellent in service, facilities and cleanliness. It has little touches like the roof terrace with lake view, fruits, drinks and fresh popcorn in the lobby. Bar and wellness center are great, the breakfast is excellent. City Krone my preferred place to stay in Friedrichshafen.
