Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived anout 2 hours before check-in - staff allowed us to check-in, although room was not ready yet - we received our key and left our luggage at the hotel, which they took to the room - so luggage in our room when we arrived back at hotel. Room beautiful, clean and spacious. Bathroom was very spacious with a very good shower. Bottle of sparkling water in the room. Short walk from the hotel to Ravensburg old town. Had dinner at the hotel - good food and good service! Thank you for a lovely overnight.

The location in town and next to all the amenities were spot on. You could not ask for a better situation for the price of the room. The room was spacious and tasteful and modern without being over the top. The breakfast is worth every penny. The staff was fantastic.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very tasty and you can choose a wide variety of food. If you come after hours, the keys are waiting in the outside safe. Parking is outside of the hotel and it is free. 24/7 is available for coffee and beverages. Very nice! I hope to come back for pleasure and not business. :D
