We booked our stay here for our honeymoon. Everyone from start to finish has been very welcoming and helpful. The resort is huge with beautiful views all over. We had a honeymoon suite with sea views. The room and bathroom were huge! It was also very clean. We didn't know what to expect with food, but it turned out to be amazing! There are a few different buffet restaurants with different food options. The food selection in each of them changes daily for lunch and dinner, so you'll never get bored of the food! You can book excursions outside the hotel if you wish, or you can simply lounge by the beaches or pool. Either way you won't get bored. We have tried the spa and that was also a good experience! This is a perfect resort for honeymooners and we would definitely come back again!

It was an amazing stay! Starting with the reception manager Mr. Wael, he and his team caring about the guests with high priority, Guest relation Tina is making amazing job and do her best to make the guests as much satisfied as possible. Alaa Sayed one of the best employees, he really did great job and I have to mention Gamal and Hamza around the pool running all the day with drinks, amazing service!

Pools and slides were amazing! All services were close and weekly program was entertaining. We appreciated especially evening activities for children as carnival, bumper cars and VR hall. Staff was very kind and helpful. Staff confronted children with lovely service. Variety of restaurants was a very pleasant surprise.

The check-in was smooth, the food was very good, and the accommodation was excellent. The service was proactive and friendly – the staff regularly checked in with us and were especially kind to our children. The heated pools and the water park were perfect for kids. Overall, a truly great five-star hotel.

I loved the staff, was really welcoming and helpful especially the guys at the front, one of them was named Ahmed, I believe he was a manager, great guy took my number and also whenever we needed anything he did it straight away, the barman called faris or fares excellent guy made sure we had fun and got us whatever we needed by the pool, Mohammed from entertainment showed us good Vibes
