Perfect hospitality in every perspective! The Easter Sunday was absolutely amazing and touched us deeply. The staff all over the hotel are simply wonderful.

It was an amazing stay! Starting with the reception manager Mr. Wael, he and his team caring about the guests with high priority, Guest relation Tina is making amazing job and do her best to make the guests as much satisfied as possible. Alaa Sayed one of the best employees, he really did great job and I have to mention Gamal and Hamza around the pool running all the day with drinks, amazing service!

Everything was very good! The size of the resort and how it is well mantained it is impressive. The number of restaurants and bars available are quite good. The beach with the pier and the coral reefs within a short swim are great! The night shows were a good surprise too. The staff is well trained and attentive.

I really liked that the hotel was quiet. I hate when everywhere is music playing. They have time, when there is music and fun and fortunately they have quiet time. The hotels around are very loud. Which is really a pity. The selection of food was good,,everything tasty. They are trying their best.(Warm regards to Mr. Fekry and his team)

This was our first time at Old Palace resort, and my family and I had a blast. The place was pet friendly, super clean, quiet and decent. The best part of it all was the staff, starting from Mohamed Anwar, the reception supervisor, Ali and Hussein, amazing bar tenders with amazing cocktails and services, and Omar, one of the best and most cheerful head waiter we’ve ever seen. Also the food was very good quality which was a surprise for an open buffet all inclusive that every single dish was very nicely done, special thanks to chef Mahmoud Saad in kitchen preparation and Mahmoud Magdy at the grill We loved the animation team as well, especially Kimo, he truly kept the spirts going! The towel pick up team were also super friendly , Mahmoud & Ali. Also special thanks to Medhat Saleh for ensuring our family chalet was clean and organized everyday

This hotel is situated in Hurghada and is a 10-minute drive from Hurghada International Airport. Albatros Aqua Park is located 600 Meter far away from the beach.
