The resort was beautiful. The room was given to us as an upgrade and we were surprised by how huge it was and how comfy. The staff did not expect any tips they always say "I'm just doing our job" and they do it very well. Very clean. Food is excellent it is inevitable to gain weight. However, it is healthy.

Best hotel for a family holiday, we had a great time , the 5th floor room service was exceptionnel , rooms where always tip-top. The buffet always different. We loved the indian restaurant and turk restaurant food and belly dance , ahmed the host was really nice. And the cherry on the cake was our photoshoot ❤️❤️❤️
