It was very beautiful and we were well taken care of by the staff, there is a lot of activites and resturants

THE BREAKFAST AND DINNER WAS SUPERB WITH A LOT OF VARIETIES SUITABLE FOR ALL KIND OF NATIONALITIES. THE BEACH WAS GREAT AND SUPER CLEAN.

Cleanliness, room size, great Wi-Fi, very friendly staff, restaurants and variety of food.

We stayed 16 days in this resort and we totally loved it! * The cuisine was excellent, ranging from local specialties through thematic dinners — there was always plenty to choose from, and the meals changed often enough that we never got bored, even during a longer stay. * Pleasant and genuinely friendly staff everywhere in the resort. * Beautiful area with lots of pools, including a wave pool for children and two small slides. * Access to the beach was either a short walk or a shuttle that ran very frequently. * The pier on the beach is all-star level! Leads you directly from the beach to the coral reef, where you can do a lot of snorkeling. * Friendly and highly personalized approach from the hotel manager, Ahmed Khamis, who really asked a lot of questions, really went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel comfortable. Truly individual approach and experience. * Overall, the resort truly exceeded our expectations. We stayed up to 16 days, so this is a in-depth review, and we still really loved our stay.

I really liked that the hotel was quiet. I hate when everywhere is music playing. They have time, when there is music and fun and fortunately they have quiet time. The hotels around are very loud. Which is really a pity. The selection of food was good,,everything tasty. They are trying their best.(Warm regards to Mr. Fekry and his team)

Best family trip We stayed in old Palace resort from the 24-28th of October for a family trip, with my husband, daughter, parents and sister. Before our arrival and throughout our stay we had wonderful support and welcoming attitude from all the resort members making our trip really memorable and happy. Its started with a visa problem that caused a cancellation of our booking which we made in Dec 2022, however the hotel reservations department gladly solved the issue and recovered our booking with the same price we originally booked with. When we arrived they also offered us an upgrade to sea view rooms, and gave us two adjacent rooms. Because we had a baby stroller and my dad's knee problem, they offered us easy accessible ground floor rooms. As a repeated customer with a third time visiting old Palace we were offered free exclusive dinner in one of their private restaurants (Italian and Brazilian) from which we chose the Italian. Luckily there was also place on the day of my dad's birthday so they made us a special table decorated with flowers and balloons which was magnificent. They also sent us a bd cake to the room which we asked to be offered instead after the dinner, so they offered candles and even sang with us a happy bd for my dad :) that made him really happy. The food experience in Cucina (the Italian restaurant) was truly magnificent, the taste and cooking were perfectly done big thanks to chef Ayman for that! In our daily eating times we were always welcomed in the main restaurant of open buffet by Mr Ahmad mahmoud the manager of the restaurant who always made sure we were satisfied also i would like to thank mr mohamed ehab. Since my daughter has cow milk allergy, chef Hussein Youssef always made special dishes free of any cow based products for her and we were allowed to take that extra special food for later when she didn't feel like eating in the designated buffet times.

This was our first time in Hurghada. We were a family of 13. From start to finish the experience was second to none. From the minute you enter at the front reception to chef Khaled and his staff the accommodation that was provided to full food requests to the cleanliness and hospitality the overall experience was phenomenal. Special thanks to Ahmad at the front reception, Chef Khaled and manager Mohammad. Thank you all for making this family vacation special. We will definitely be back.
