Everything from the time of check-in to check out. The staff were exceptional. We were advised by the check-in staff (Rana) to consider the additional fee to use the Executive Club - this was the best advice. We were glad that we utilized this option. Also, Omar from the Club who has a natural orientation to customer service, really made us feel very, very welcome. He went beyond just courtesy and addressed our specific dietary needs (vegetarian). The food, at breakfast (which is an additional cost and the Executive Club was superb.We were also very grateful to Sandy (Customer Service) who helped us with extending our late check-out as our flight was at 23H25. All round, this hotel staff functions at a seriously high standard. It's location, from a travel perspective, is also very convenient as the check-in counters are a walk-away from the hotel especially when one considers traffic in Cairo!
