Everything was very good. Gamal was the most welcoming receptionist in Egypt ever, he helped us a lot and even after our checkout was ready to help us with any problem. We definitely recommend.

Our stay at Charmillion Club Resort was truly exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to Arands at reception, who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Not only was he always available via WhatsApp, making us feel safe and cared for, but he also took extra special care of my partner’s 40th birthday, arranging daily surprises that made the celebration unforgettable. His kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. A special mention to Mohammed and his amazing bar team, who provided outstanding service from the pool to the lobby bar. They knew our drinks before we even arrived and always greeted us like old friends. What truly blew us away was that Mohammed remembered my birthday from our visit five years ago and surprised us with a cake and a celebration at the bar—such a personal and thoughtful touch! The resort also features a huge projector screen, perfect for catching football and MMA games in a lively atmosphere. The food was a delight every day, with freshly made pizzas, pasta, and live-cooked pancakes, donuts, and waffles for breakfast. Dinners were just as impressive, featuring BBQ nights, seafood feasts, and a variety of delicious desserts. The Lebanese restaurant and the teppanyaki show added unique dining experiences that we highly recommend. For those who love the water, snorkeling here is incredible. Even if you don’t dive deep, the sandy shoreline is filled with bright, colorful fish that swim right up to you, making for a breathtaking experience. A big thank you to Ahmed, our room attendant, whose dedication to cleanliness was unmatched. Walking into our room each day felt like checking into a brand-new space. The animation team also brought so much fun and energy to the resort, making sure everyone felt included and entertained. The staff’s multilingual skills—speaking English, Italian, French, and more—made communication effortless and welcoming for all guests.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times now, and the main reason we keep returning is Mr. Emmad. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care make us feel like valued guests every single time. A huge thank you to Mr. Emmad—you are truly the heart of this hotel! We’d also like to extend our gratitude to Nadi, Abdullah, and Ahmed from housekeeping for always keeping our room spotless and comfortable. Your attention to detail is appreciated every day. A special mention to Mimi, the night manager, who ensures a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience for red-eye guests. His calm and efficient approach always sets the right tone for our stay. In the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed by Chef Ebrahim and Chef Nasser, whose kindness and delicious cuisine made every meal a joy. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. Big thanks as well to Abdelrahm and Youssef from the service team—always attentive, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with during our dining experiences. Finally, our deepest thanks to the General Manager for leading such an exceptional team. It’s clear that the high standard of service and warm atmosphere are a direct reflection of strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction. This hotel truly feels like a home away from home, and we look forward to returning again and again.

We made our choice based on the comments written about the facility. I can say that the comments are not enough according to my experience. My experience was magnificent. When we entered the hotel, we met Muhammed and Mahmud at the reception. They were very friendly and helpful towards their work and customers. I would also like to thank them for their support and guidance. After going down the stairs from the reception to the cafe section, there was a friend named Waiter/Barista Karim. The other staff were also professional, but Karim was very sincere. It would be an understatement to say good about the food, everything was wonderful. Although it was an open buffet, new products were brought out every day. My last thank you was Karim, the floor manager and cleaning staff. He sincerely took care of us every day. It is a place I can come back to when I come back.

The beach was fantastic - a lot of sunbeds with big umbrellas and wind protection. Big variation of food every day. Very clean and fresh. Very clean and spacious rooms.

The staff puts in the effort to make your stay as wonderful as it can be especially Mr. Shenoda Montaser and Mr. Shehab. they always meet you with smiling faces which shows that the hotel management cares a lot about making your trip an unforgettable one.

Loved the beach. You can see corals and fish right at the bottom of the hotel. Get a pair of snorkels and enjoy. The staff in general were superp, Super friendly and welcoming. Mohamed abdelghany at reception was very helpful and made my stay easier. The food is great and abundant, but can do with changing some items from day to day. They provide à la cart dinning experience for the all inclusive guest, which is worth trying.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Resort in Sharm El Sheikh! The resort is stunning, and everything was perfectly organized. The morning buffet was absolutely amazing with a great variety of delicious options. The customer service throughout our stay was exceptional, everyone was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Menna at reception for her outstanding service and Mary for her warm welcome. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
