Very friendly and supportive stuff, easy check-in via phone as we arrived at a time when they couldn’t be at the place. Lovely decoration and preparation for our arrival. The terrace is inviting to relax after a hike. Definitely the place to stay when coming back to Calpe.

Our room was amazing in everyway, we were given an upgrade upon our arrival. We arrived on the early flight and we were aware of the 4.30 check in. We arrived around 1 pm expecting to dump our bags and go for a walk. But no the staff were amazing, the lady made us both a coffee and enjoyed it in the amazing seating area and then reception confirmed our room was ready. Couldn't fault anything

Beautiful garden and pool area, stylish room and general areas, tasty breakfast, kind and professional customer service. Peace and quiet. We stayed for one night but would have liked to stay longer.

Thank you for a wonderful welcome and making sure our little boy was okay after a bad injury at another hotel. After our weekend stay stay in hospital the Melia hotel was a place to rest for our little boy and staff especially one member made us feel at ease and went above and beyond. I am sorry we didn’t ask your name. This lovely man asked of my litlee hoy each day and cheered him Go with sweets. Thank you for making a bad experience of our last hotel and holiday into a relaxing 2 nights before we headed home.
