High quality hotel, the personal is very kind and attentive, client focused. The room was great. The late supper (warm vegetables) and the breakfast were qualitative. The location is good, at 100m of the Rambla and at 10 minutes walking to the place where you can start the visit of the fortifications and cathedral. I would take the same hotel in case I would return to Lleida.

A wonderful experience! The hotel is full of clever imaginative decor, instillations, and artefacts. Themed, decorated bedrooms were amazing. As motorcyclists, we were so impressed with the "Route 66" room. (Special thanks to receptionist Juan). Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, and snacks. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Very good breakfast. Dinner in the adjoining 'El Tram' restaurant was excellent. Good parking with the option of having supervised or unsupervised.

    Hotel was impeccably clean, staff very polite and helpful. Room was nicely appointed and bathroom was especially quite modern and nicely designed. Blackout curtains worked very well, bed was quite comfortable. Excellent value for money.
