Everything was outstanding. I can't praise the staff highly enough. They were kind, very helpful and pleasant. The airline had lost my bag and all the staff could not have been more helpful in making phone calls on my behalf, answering all sorts of questions and letting us use the hotels facilties long after checkout while we waited for my traced bag to be delivered.

Great location close to old town and the shopping areas. The main reason we enjoyed our stay was the lady on reception when we arrived. She was so friendly and helpful. We have little to no Spanish but she made our stay comfortable and stress free
