On arrival the site looks a bit USA bleak, but the hotel itself is stylish inside, the staff enthusiastic and helpful, and the room we had was lovely. Large and roomy with a big comfy bed, all very relaxing. There is car parking available in an underground area, we left our car kerbside where there was ample room. There are supermarkets and other shops within walking distance.

About 5 minutes’ drive from the town of Ponferrada, AC Hotel Ponferrada offers free WiFi throughout and free bicycle parking for Camino de Santiago pilgrims.

EverythingThe accommodation , the extremely helpful owners and the delicious dinners they cooked. We stayed in the suite which was perfect. Extremely large bed and spotlessly clean.
