The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - particularly Theresa and Ines. The room was very large and very comfortable. The hotel was located in a quiet area within walking distance of old town Palma. Breakfast was bespoke and lovely on the roof terrace with spectacular water views. The hotel’s amenities were environmentally conscious.
