The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Jacques was an exceptional host who was always available to answer questions and meet our needs. The hosts are a definite asset to the hotel. Cafe au lait and pastries at the Hotel du Palais and the view was a highlight!

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Everything was perfect, room large, very high quality furnished, stylish decor. Staff very helpfull, very good breakfast, beach equipment was very comfortable too. On-site restaurant Anema was also perfect. Hotel is just around the corner from the streets full of restaurants and bars, both Biarritz beaches are just a couple of minutes walk. On-site parking (rare in Biarritz). Absolutely 100% score

Check in was brilliant. The man on the desk was brilliant. Room was small but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast display was outstanding. Right next to the airport. Plenty of parking and very quiet at night. Had a great sleep.
