The location of Villa Lara was perfect! There were several restaurants and historic landmarks within easy walking distance. The staff was incredible. The owner took us on a tour of the city which was the highlight of our trip. The hotel is also in a perfect location to meet tour companies for the Normandy WWII tours. Outstanding stay!

Staff are so warm and nice. Ice provided me with very useful introduction of the town and restaurants upon my check in, which makes my stay enjoyable. Good breakfast.

Exquisite guesthouse in belle epoque style. Severine, the hostess was excellent. Very attentive. The rooms were beautifully furnished, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We elected to take the parking "on site" option due to being in Bayeaux on a long weekend. Breakfast was wonderful and comprehensive. The location is excellent being opposite the cathedral and a very short stroll to the town centre, the tapestry and DDay museums.
