Friendly welcome, provided assistance with luggage upstairs. Close to the old cité, uphill walk but not too steep. Nice pool with areas to sit around. Breakfast was very good both days we stayed. Restaurants close by for dinner or up in the cité.

Catherine is wonderfully nice and welcoming. She is extremely friendly and helpful if you need any advices or recommendations about visits and activities in the area. Catherine's house is very cozy and pretty, and all areas are clean. There is also a terrace on the roof with an overwhelming view of Carcassonne's castle. The room and the bathroom were clean, big and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with homemade pancakes and marmelades. The building is located in a strategic spot, around 15 minutes walking distance from both the city center and the castle. Recommended!

Great hotel with the best position ever to enter the Cite' and visit the historical part of Carcassone! We had a small problem with water in our room and the staff was efficient to quickly upgrate our stay for a better room with a fantastic view!

Spacious, beautiful place in the centre of action and with everything you need in it i.e. extra towels, extra sheets, cuttlery, dishes, fridge, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, teas, coffees etc. Amazing host who lets you be independent i.e. self check-in but who is always there for you and goes above and beyond (they dropped us to the lake and to the airport when we had trouble with the buses). Few mins walk from the castle and a bit longer (15mins) walk to the new town.
