It was our anniversary and we decided to stay in Strasbourg in this hotel. And it was the right decision! We liked everything - the beauty of the hotel, a nice design, location close to the city center and at the same time it's quite inside the hotel and you can enjoy your time there and listen to birds singing and church bells. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the spa area - very nice. We got a welcome drink on arrival. And for our request we got a really nice room with a beautiful view inside the hotel. Thank you for our pleasant stay. We would love to come back and stay again at this hotel.

All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and went out of their way to help with everything we needed. Lovely room, amazing bathroom and it was ery quiet. Two bowls and a snack were waiting for our dog which was a lovely touch. Extremely convenient having the hotel parking.

The hotel is located next to the Gare Central, close to the Les Halles shopping centre and public transport. It sits on a big street, the sleep quality was good (my room faced the street, but I did not even need to use the earplugs I brought as I am normally a light sleeper). Sound-proofing is great (did not hear the neighbours walking past in corridors or speaking behind the wall :)) The room was comfy, clean and had air-conditioning. Perfect.

The young man behind the bar was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The spacious grassed gardens were a bonus for exercising our dog after a long days drive and the next morning before we set off. Breakfast was very good, no limit and offered both continental and hot breakfast items. We had a decent pizza as that is all that's on offer but the young barman said he could arrange any type of takeaway to be delivered for us

Central but quiet. Stylish and spacious room exactly like the picture. Bath robe and slippers were very appreciated after a long day out and about. Lots of lovely shops around, character, pedestrian streets. Coffee shops all around. Easy to find way around because of the Plaza. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Taxi rank near.
