Sarah at reception was so very lovely and welcoming; we couldn't have asked for a friendlier nor more helpful check-in. The free undercover parking is a bonus, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice, and although the staff were busy, they still made me a decaf coffee. Easy access to Lyon with the tram stop just by the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious. Our towels were changed every day and the room cleaned. The staff was very friendly. They even helped us with an iron for our clothes. The hotel is very big and modern. The subway is very close(5-6 minutes)

    Room was lovely and clean, as was all areas of the hotel we saw. Breakfast had good options and looked well presented. We had dinner one night and the food was delicious. They had a QR code on the table you could scan and it would show the menu in English which was very helpful. There was an area in the lobby that had 2 foosball tables, a pool table and dart board which was good fun. There was also a smallish bar area to get a few drinks. All the staff we spoke to were very nice and helpful.
