My third visit to this hotel, and it never disappoints. The location about 10 minutes off the M20 towards London is perfect and the on site parking is a huge bonus. Visit this hotel, you won't regret it!!!

Perfect location for visiting the cathederal and city. The room was comfortable and practical. Well serviced facility..well maintained..helpful staff..great parking. Stunning breakfast with table service. Good Vale as Cathederal entry and breakfast included. Excellent.

Stylish, surprisingly luxurious / had a long soak in the copper bathtub! Excellent food and staff. dinner in the restaurant, very busy - do make sure to book . Superb breakfast =very good egg chef .

Nice room right on the harbour. great location, fantastic breakfast cooked in the restaurant in the morning. would stay again.

The sand between your toes. Sky and beach as far as your eyes can see. Wonderful food made with love. Deeply comfortable beds in beautifully thought out bedrooms. Daily yoga and wellness classes.

On arrival my room was upgraded and it was beautiful. The location is fabulous right beside the beach and it’s a lovely walk into Rye. Lovely bar and restaurant at the hotel
