The hotel was great! Beautiful and comfy design, clean and very nice personnel. The building is located right in the middle of a busy district and a lot of different dining opporunities. It has a parking garage (but with extra fee) close by and even at night the entrance is well monitored by a concierge at the door.

In Birmingham’s lively centre, the stylish Novotel has a modern fitness centre, spacious bedrooms and a stylish restaurant. The Bullring Shopping Centre is a 20-minute walk away.

Very clean and incredibly nice and attentive staff. It was thoroughly cleaned every day, new bottles of water put by the bed, tea/coffee and biscuits replenished, new cups put out etc. We were really impressed with the service!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating from the front desk clerk to the kitchen staff. The Hotel was spotlessly clean. And it was located in a great area. It's great value for money.

I like every thing in the Hotel. Mr. Sidharth at the Reception Desk was highly cordial and helpful. Some other staff at the Reception were also helpful, I forgot their names. Staff in the Restaurant the House Keeping were also very helpful. Keep it up.
