Such lovely apartments, I stayed in 2 separate apartments while visiting Cheltenham and both were exceptional. I felt that every little detail had been thought through. It was lovely having breakfast items stocked in the fridge on arrival, a nice little added bonus!! I will definitely look at booking with Portland for my future visits.

We loved everything. The hotel is simply gorgeous with fabulous interior designs. Our dog appreciated his welcome pack of treats, toy and shampoo and towel…he gives it five stars too.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, it was very relaxing and pleasant. The staff was very very kind and helpful, the facilities were good. Our room was big, nicely designed and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler, a cot was provided.
